The hint of revolution begins with unhappiness, with the shared idea that some sort of injustice or inequity is taking place.The birth of a revolution is consensus, when those suffering the inequity can take it no longer or those offended about the injustice choose to act against it -- whether for self-preservation or as a high moral act.
When the revolution comes, I too will join in and get Medieval on the oppressor’s ass. As long as I am going to kick ass, though, I think it is important that we are all aware that I wish to do so in the appropriate footwear. I must do it in these shoes.

ReplyDeleteI wear those shoes and the only thing I want you to do is call 911 because I'm pretty sure I'm gonna hurt myself! There was a time when I would have slipped into them and gone running across Broadway, weaving through traffic, chasing bad guys. These days, not so much...
